A new IT Help Desk equips Wandsworth London Borough Council to support staff working out of hours

The technical support operation provided by specialist outsourced IT service The Help Desk to Wandsworth Council is now live. The Council contracted with The Help Desk last summer for a telephone service as more staff work out of hours and remotely.
